Group Coaching

Group counseling involves one or more therapists working with a small group of individuals who share similar issues or goals. These sessions focus on providing mutual support, sharing experiences, and learning from others. The group setting can enhance healing by offering different perspectives and building a sense of community.

Individuals who prefer learning and healing in a shared environment, such as those dealing with common challenges like addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, or personal development. It’s also suitable for people who find strength in the collective experiences of others and want to practice social skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Sessions are typically held in a group setting with a trained facilitator. The group members share their experiences, discuss challenges, and offer support or feedback to one another. Group counseling might also involve structured activities, discussions on particular themes, or skill-building exercises.

Group counseling provides a sense of solidarity and normalizes individual struggles by showing that others share similar experiences. It can help improve social skills, build self-esteem, and provide insights that individuals may not gain in one-on-one sessions. The group dynamic can also foster accountability and personal growth.
